Collective: washing machine and drying rack, living room with TV, well-equipped dining room-kitchen (fridge, dishes, towels, gas stove with oven, microwave, etc.) and shared only with the other private room, if occupied. Large and bright bedroom with wardrobes. Private bathroom (sink, hot shower with pressure, toilet) 3 meters away...
