Work & Comfort: We work remotely, so fast internet and a functional kitchen are essential. This place delivered - blazing Wi-Fi and a fully equipped dream kitchen. Beds are super comfortable and everything in the home is very well thought-out. Location: Super safe area with everything nearby, including a great gym. Perfectly connected via the Celeste, Yellow, and Green Teleféricos - you can get anywhere in the city with ease. Host: Andrea is an 11/10 host. Incredibly kind, responsive, and supportive. The best host we've ever had on Airbnb. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat if we return to La Paz.

The location is ideal, you have everything around: public transport, shops, restaurants, etc. It also has security day and night which is very important. The apartment is warm and spacious with all amenities. And one of the most wonderful things is the views. No matter which of the rooms you are in, you have some images of La Paz of dreamy. Communication with Veronica from the beginning was very cordial, friendly, and she was always ready to collaborate with any queries. 100% recommendations! I was in the place for 10 days and the experience was excellent. The place is just as shown in the pictures: clean, comfortable and very well-located. I had an amazing stay here! I spent a month in the apartment and loved it. The place is modern, fully furnished, and equipped with everything you might need. It’s located in a great area, within walking distance of the city center, a large supermarket, bars, restaurants, and more. The Wi-Fi is fast (around 100 Mbps) and very stable, I had no issues working or making video calls throughout my entire stay. As for the noise mentioned in other reviews, it really wasn’t a problem for me. It happens only occasionally during the day, most of the time the street is quiet, especially at night. Jorge is a fantastic host: communication was excellent and he was incredibly helpful with anything I needed. Highly recommended! You really couldn’t ask for a better place.

The place has amazing views of the city, mountains, and even Cristo de la Concordia. The location was also perfect. The plaza Colon (Where the apartment building is located) had everything we needed. Api at night, salteñas in the morning, and people to exchange our dollars to Bolivianos. The apartment was very spacious, welcoming, clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Juan was very responsive, very helpful, and accommodating. Thank you Juan for sharing your wonderful place in Cochabamba!
