An excellent environment for those who go for privacy, hygiene, value for money, security, and accessibility to all essentials. The apartment has everything. The host, Senait, is an amazing character. She checks on you for anything that needs attention. The care and hospitality accorded is beyond expectations. I stayed from 8th April to 16th April 2025 and I felt it was too short for me. I know of no reason you would be disappointed by the location, the apartment, and the host. Thank you so much, Senait, for making me feel at home away from home.

We really enjoyed staying here. Mahetem was so kind and helpful. The place was immaculate and very safe. After some rough Airbnb experiences in Addis, finding this place was such a relief. Whenever I’m next in Addis, I’ll definitely look to stay here again.

We rented Mr. Dereje’s place for a month, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The kitchen was fully functional, and the entire space made everyone feel right at home. The location was perfect, and the price he offered was incredibly reasonable—almost like staying for free! Without a doubt, we would happily stay at his place again whenever we plan to visit Addis. Firehiwot was a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The apartment is spacious, lots of natural light, well furnished, in a large new building right in bole brass. It is on the back side of the building so you don’t get any noise from the main road. Plenty of restaurants around.

I had such a great stay at this beautiful apartment right behind the AU in Addis Ababa. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—everything I needed was just a short walk away. The place was spotless and super peaceful, which made it easy to unwind after busy days exploring the city. The apartment felt really comfortable and stylish, with all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet spot with a great location, this is definitely the place to stay!

Koki was a great receptionist and help. Derejes accommodated and was very flexible with me and my family by letting us check in earlier as our flight was landing 9am. Derejes responses were quick as I messaged the night before booking asking for this accommodation. The restaurant downstairs was also very good and authentic italian food also allowing us to order up to our room as well!. The room was very modern and clean and had everything we needed such as an oven, stove, fridge and washing machine. They also let us pick between two rooms with two different views ( we chose the one with the free soccer game! ). The room was the exact same as the photos and in an excellent location. overall loved the experience and the space felt like home with multiple bedrooms for a great price❤️ and I am even booking again for my last week in ethiopia! Thank you Dereje and koki for our wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful 2 weeks stay at Eaba’s place it was like a home away from home very peaceful and easy to walk to the shops at Djibouti street. Eaba responded extremely very well especially when I had some issue with the wifi …Eaba bought a brand new portable wifi device and gave it to me as a back up just in case so I could have a pleasant internet experience. I had a lot of clean clothes so I never used the beautiful washing machine in the bathroom. Also the security guard Gobaze was always around and very willing to help out. Gobaze and Eaba were instrumental towards my getting a taxi to the airport at 5am for my early 9am fight. I will surely stay here on my next trip to Addis Ababa and I recommend Eaba’s place for anyone coming to Addis.

we stayed for about 10 days with my wife and family members. the kitchen was adequate, bathroom was clean and we always had warm water. it was quite and we felt Home. the Host were very responsive, usually respond within few minutes for texts. she was awesome. This is our second stay at Nunu’s place, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The house is excellent, and the security is outstanding. We highly recommend it to others! One of the standout features of this property is the reliable water supply—both cold and hot—along with a functional power generator that activates within half a minute of any power interruptions.

I loved my stay here! We were accommodated very quickly despite booking last minute. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with comfortable bedsheets, towels and all kitchenware. The location is amazing, central and close to the airport, cafes, and shopping. There’s a generator in the building but we never had a problem with electricity or water. The great sunset views from the balcony were an unexpected plus. The entire building is clean and well-kept. I will definitely be staying here again while in Addis. We had a lovely days in Addis Ababa and what made it even more enjoyable was the our host Dawit . Dawit's help and advice on guidance on good places to go and the prices of different things to avoid scammers. Dawit was there and responsive at all times Day and night. The place is walking distance from the center of the city for those who enjoy walking.

Beautiful apartment with great views from the bedrooms and the rooftop balcony. Everything was very clean, including the bathrooms. Washing machine worked great. Convenience store in the lobby is nice with friendly staff. Apartment is located 15 minutes within most everything you’ll want to see in Addis. Highly recommend staying here.

Michael is very professional, friendly and informative. He took me on an exclusive tour of Addis and made provisions for me based on my requests.
