Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bole

me and my friend Anas stayed in Chilallo for around 7 nights, apartment of two bedrooms, wide nice living room (WiFi), full equipped kitchen and one bathroom. oh god, the apartment so so so amazing, safe with 24 hours security, stylish modern and clean. there is a restaurant up stair (5th floor) where you can take your coffee with a very nice view, the foods (woow) delicious outstanding. the location just 15 minutes (maximum) far from the Addis Ababa international airport. every things (shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc ,,, ) just near the Chilallo gust house. there is a mini market downstairs ( chilallo mini market) where you can find most things you need. now i will talk about the Hosts, Egzeharia and Fasika, really a big thanks to them, they always help us and most the times they offer help to us, very helpful for anythings we ask. Fasika really kind and wonderful. finally, i surly recommend this guest house, and i will comeback again for sure .

Great host and excellent location

Melat's space is in 22 (Haya Hulet) very close to Golagul. It is easy to get anywhere in the city from here via Feres, RIDE or minibus. Walking is also easy. The road to Bole (Djibuti St) is under construction (like so much of Addis right now) so traffic is always jammed, but there are workarounds. The apartment is a roomy and comfortable space on the top (7th) floor with lots of light and high ceilings. Friendly guards downstairs. Well appointed kitchen. Solid wifi. Everything as advertised. Melat is a very gracious host!!

Great apartment with a beautiful view. It can be very loud - there's a bar across street which has music going you can hear clearly in the afternoon and evening. Laundry and trash can be done by the cleaning staff if you ask, and there's a good takeout place on the ground floor (in back).

Such a beautiful apartment, I really enjoyed my stay there! This has been the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in the heart of Addis! The host was super kind and responsive, and the place’s interior is an absolute dream, looks fantastic in the photos as well but even better in real life 🤩 Everything was around the corner. .In sum, great location, very stylish apartment and nice experience.

This place is very zen full and peaceful. The river next to the house make a waterfall noise which i find relaxing. The interior is also very well organized and decorated. I highly recommend this place.

The apartment has 24 h security guard at enter the building. Master bedroom is very large and 2 extra bedroom with enough space and one small bedroom in the washroom. The host offer free LUX soap and large bottle ( around 30 L) drinking water and offer us early checking in around 7AM .that's good for flight transfer and early departure or arrive. 200 meters walking for local banking and around 1KM where it has hyper supermarket. Several restaurant/bar/coffee within 300 meter walking walking distance from airport around 15-20 minutes. Recommend and thank you

The Ethiopian hospitality is over the Top! It is like going to mom and dad’s home. One of the best Air Bnb I stayed during my 3.5 years of non-stop solo traveling. The room and home is very nice and clean like a 5 star hotel. The staff Ayesha is very sweet, kind, honest and keeps the house very clean. Water pressure is good with hot water shower. Ruth’s dad Wendy paid for my Ride to their home and gave me rides to Bole city center on his way to work. Ruth’s mom Musha is very motherly. Ruth’s parents offered me to eat with them and breakfast too. They often make sure I am safe. I enjoy conversations with Ruth’s dad. I love to learn cooking different cultural food. I also bought food ingredients, Ruth’s mom Musha and staff Ayesha taught me how to cook Ethiopian food (better than restaurant food) using Musha’s homemade Ethiopian spices. Ayesha also makes delicious injeera and grain bread. The bedroom is on 3rd floor, I enjoy looking out the room’s balcony every evening because the cobblestones on the street with 3 story buildings remind me of Italy and Europe Mediterranean countries. The house is in a newer development residential area with culture and no chaos. On the map, the location might seem further from Bole City center night life but taking transportation to the city center is faster than living in other parts of Addis because there is less traffic in this area of Addis Ababa. Buses are 1 minute walk from the house. I will definitely come back to his house every time I return to Addis Ababa.

An excellent environment for those who go for privacy, hygiene, value for money, security, and accessibility to all essentials. The apartment has everything. The host, Senait, is an amazing character. She checks on you for anything that needs attention. The care and hospitality accorded is beyond expectations. I stayed from 8th April to 16th April 2025 and I felt it was too short for me. I know of no reason you would be disappointed by the location, the apartment, and the host. Thank you so much, Senait, for making me feel at home away from home.

My stay with mickey was splendid! It was the first time I ever booked an Airbnb and Mickey's place exceeded my expectations. From the first day I arrived, Mickey helped me figure how to get Ethiopian Birr, and even went out of his way to help me understand how to move around the city using Taxis. Even more than his hospitality, Mickey became a close friend and even a mentor in many ways. He introduced me to running, and coached me until I was able to run 3 days a week. Towards the end of my stay, we even ran a whole half marathon with him! In addition, Ejigayu ( Mickey's house help) took the hospitality at mickey's a notch higher. She made me food at an affordable rate and also went out of her way to take care of me when I was down with a flu or a bad stomach. All in all, my stay in Ethiopia would not have been as wholesome has it not been for Mickey and Ejigayu. I highly recommend the place.

if you want a break from the high-rises, this is am excellent simple spot. Very central. Incredibly kind and friendly staff. Beautiful small yard garden with lots of birds. Good book collection, especially if you read Italian. Solid wi-fi. Giacomo's easy to get in touch with, and the staff are all super available. Off the main streets so peaceful at night. It's across from a primary school, so if you don't like the sound of kids shouting and playing, maybe not for you.

This is our second stay at Nunu’s place, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The house is excellent, and the security is outstanding. We highly recommend it to others! One of the standout features of this property is the reliable water supply—both cold and hot—along with a functional power generator that activates within half a minute of any power interruptions.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable! The location is very convenient, near shops and supermarkets. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities. Yeshewaget was very helpful and friendly, she's a super host. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

We were the first guests, and the house was literally new. The Selamsew and Sisay welcomed us in person, checked up on is during our entire stay and were very responsive. The house was a 11/10, and had extra amenities like monitors which we used for work, and very fast internet I will definately come back to Addis and I hope to stay here again ❤️

I had one of my best time staying at Yabeshawork’s place. There is a great sense of home and she went beyond to take care of me like her daughter. She has an amazing life story and loving extensive family. I will never forget her hospitality and warmth and all the local activities we did together!! If you have lived in Ethiopia previously this place is great and have all the basic needs. Great location in the center of the city. Kitchen needs larger cook area.. maybe an L shape counter would have given more space.
