The apartment is in the center, the seafront on the waterfront. It has two floors, terrace with a beautiful view, living area with kitchen, bathroom and a room with a lowered ceiling in the gallery. In living room there are 2 sofas and in the sleeping part of the gallery there are 2 beds . Fully equipped and very modern. Outside the door you step on a beautiful promenade which extends over 1 km to the beach Zlatni rat. The sea is in front of the house and the nearest beach is 50 m distance.

This is a modern, newly decorated apartment overlooking the coastal walking road that leads to the most famous Croatian beach, Zlatni Rat. It's on the ground floor of a house along with a beautiful garden, a comfy patio and both southern and western terrace. Inside there is a spacious living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom.There is a possibility to rent out both floors of the house (suitable for 8 to 10 people) on request.
