This charming house located in the south of Paris, will allow you to visit all the south of Paris (Fontainebleau, Versailles, Chamarande, Château of the Loire valley, Chartres, Orléans...)

You will stay on the second floor, which is completely independent with private parking, where you will have everything you need to relax or telecommute. You will be in the heart of Etampes, a city full of charm. Close to shops, city center, recreation center. From the train station, you can reach Paris for the PARIS 2024 OLYMPICS.

Located less than 1 hour from Chartres and Fontainebleau. We ensure a discreet presence, available if needed.

Parties/professional photos/ceremonies and pets not allowed. For our insurance, the number of people must match the booking.

We offer accommodation in our small village of Guillerval. We are located halfway between Paris and Orléans, with easy access to the N20 highway. The village is very pretty, peaceful, and situated in a wooded, hilly area. Numerous hiking trails are nearby. Please note that our accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. ARRIVAL: 4 PM TO 8 PM. DEPARTURE: BEFORE 11 AM. For arrivals before or after these times, please contact us in advance.
