All over 200 m2 and 2000m of land. Close to A13 and A28.

Discover this quiet waterfront outbuilding with a private pool from 9am to 6pm. You can enjoy water at 30 degrees with its sunbeds and ice maker. The garden is green, peaceful and includes a small pond with fish. A private terrace is reserved for you with BBQ on the banks of the Seine with a lovely modern garden furniture. The outbuilding overlooks the garden and views of the Seine. Beds with linen linens are provided and towels are provided as well.

After 2 intense years of work, we finally made it. We created this cocoon of love for you, to be able to recharge your batteries as a couple, or have fun with family. This atypical house from the 1500s, we wanted it, transformed it, but while keeping its authenticity with its half-timbered facade, the red tiles in the staircase, the ceiling height on the top floor… But we also thought it out and created it so that you would like it too. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In a unique, quiet setting, your little haven of peace, enclosed by walls, invites you to have a good time with family or friends. By the fireplace or by the pool, enjoy total escape in nature. The pool is reserved for you and the owners of the premises (occasionally). We are 30 minutes from Rouen, 60 minutes from Deauville and 150 km from the landing beaches.

Le Nez au Jardin, La Campagnole gîte

Located in the heart of the Andelle Valley in the pretty town of Perruel, Le Nez au Jardin offers to accommodate you in its cottage La Campagnole, which has a private garden that connects with our main garden where our chickens, our Blanchette and Pelote sheep, and our bees live together. We wanted to make this place a haven of peace, a bubble of serenity, a neo-garden where Humans live in harmony with Nature.

Our Suite is part of our property but with an independant entrance. 1 living-room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom. Our visitors will enjoy our large and peacefull garden with an access to river Eure for a pleasant walk, as well as our heated outdoor swimming pool (during summer holidays) Our Suite is located in a small and very quiet village Criquebeuf sur Seine just nearby A13 motorway (3 mn).

Dog allowed (free-range chickens).
