New and cozy apartment, ideal for 2 to 4 travellers on a business trip or getaway in the Grenoble region. Quietly located, it is a 10-minute walk from the train station and about 30 minutes from the ski resorts. The apartment is accessible by a staircase and offers two double bedrooms, including a mezzanine bedroom accessible by stairs (caution for young children). Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.
