Maganda ang location ng unit. maganda ang view sa labas kita mo halos buong Cebu. Sakto for us 12 Heads. Malinis din and maganda ang loob ng condo. Super accommodating ang host, pati yung property manager and their driver, feel namin yung care nila sa amin. super careful then ang driver during our tour. Availble ang van nila for your tour needs. Thank you Ms. Lala. When we visit again Cebu, dito kami mag sstay ulit. Cheers.

I had the pleasure of staying at a condo in Cebu, and it was an exceptional experience. The unit was modern, clean, and well-equipped, offering all the comforts of home. The amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and 24/7 security, added to the overall convenience and peace of mind.

The place was neat & clean. The host was there to welcome us when we check in & give us orientation of her place & the amenities as well. next time we'll have our beach time, We'll definitely be back to book w/ her place again.

I reached out to the host last minute as I have to work due to some internet connectivity issues at home. The host responded within 10 minutes and I couldn’t be more grateful as I was able to log on time. The place was spotless and cozy! I would definitely stay here longer next time. The air conditioner was great, and the ocean view greeted us in the morning, so it was so nice! I had a great time with my family of 4 without any inconvenience. I was going to pack for 0.5 nights, but I booked it to sleep comfortably, and the facilities are nice!

The place has basically everything you need, comfortable bed, great internet, desk, tv Netflix etc. I was working and traveling and felt like this has been the best place I’ve been in so far in the Philippines. My stay at Rhesa Joy's place was very relaxing. Well set up. Felt like your at home. Internet was fast to watch movies.

Good location. No need to go to the city for basic needs. Everything is around the area. Surrounded with good restaurants.

The place have a view to die for. Literally, you are so high up you can see the land layout and other venues. You can see TOPs and Temple of Leah from the balcony. Amenities was the best part of the stay as we didnt need to bring extra stuff. 3 bathrooms was also a plus, having 10 ppl in the group, we didnt need to fight for the restrooms, lol. The place is awesome and a good price for a piece of mind.

An amazing place in a fantastic location! It truly felt like staying in a hotel. I especially loved the keyless entry with coded locks, so convenient! There were some power interruptions, likely due to building maintenance, but overall, a great experience.

Grade location to spend vacation

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.

Top notch! Regularly cleaned, towels and sheets changed. Clear instructions and info. Studio was nice and in a fairly new building. Would definetely stay there again if I'm in town.
