"Snuggledown" in this cosy self catering suite, situated at the end of a small, quiet, private cul-de-sac, yet in the heart of Felpham village with its varied shops, take aways and pubs etc. The beach and Butlins are approximately 10 minutes walk away. The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. The room has an ensuite with shower, WC, shaving point & wash basin. Private patio and seating. Parking.

Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

The furnished suite is attached to our home but is completely self contained with own front door. Secure parking space, lounge, bedroom & family sized bathroom. The bedroom has a super king bed that can change into twin beds. The lounge has a double sofa bed to transform into another bedroom along with tea/coffee facilities & small fridge. Location is everything here with the local beach and Pagham Yacht club and Nature Reserve on your doorstep. A little further afield is the famous Butlins in Bognor Regis, West Wittering beaches and Chichester town centre. 2 dogs are welcome. No cats.

Coombe Cottage was built in the 1920s of brick and half render construction with a tiled roof. It is a comfortable family home which was extended 10 years ago to add on the self-contained annex which is offered with its own entrance at the rear of the property. The annex accommodation is on the first and second floor with stairs leading up to both floors, therefore making it difficult for wheelchair or disabled access.
