Lake Oconee Getaway

My friends and I had wonderful stay at Matt's home located in the Landing at Reynolds Lake Oconee. The location could not be better, very central, a very short walking distance to the Restaurant, clubhouse pool and golf course. This was my second time staying at this home and plan to make it the main lodging place as I continue to travel there for pleasure and business. The home was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped, ideal for 4-8 people. It has two levels of living space so it was nice when a few of us wanted to chill in the living room upstairs. Matt was very responsive to my emails, sent my friends their gate passes, check in and check out and was easy. I'm looking forward to booking my next stay with Matt very soon!

Located in the Heart of Midtown! Fun & Vibrant!

The place was incredibly clean! The couch is comfortable, the blankets were soft & the pillows were wonderful. The lighting in the bedroom was very nice with all the morning sunlight coming in. Overall, the unit gets great natural light from all of the windows! Parking was easy & always available in the back. The neighborhood is very pretty - with nice homes, landscaping and trees. The location was also really nice - being a short walk to the beltline. It was also a short drive to places like: Evergreen Market & Butcher (great pastries & meatballs), the Georgia Aquarium, & Atlanta Botanic Garden! It was a great stay and I would definitely book again if in the area! ⭐️ One thing to note though was that there does seem to be some college aged students who stay up at night in the neighborhood/talking/playing music on the weekend. It wasn’t too loud though & my boyfriend & I were easily able to fall asleep still, but something to know for anyone who may be noise sensitive!

La casa es hermosa y el barrio aún más. Parece que estábamos en la mitad del bosque pero al mismo tiempo cerca de todo. La casa muy cómoda con muchos entrenamientos. Nosotros fuimos en invierno y estuvo hermoso, me imagino que en verano aún más.

Brian and Katie's place was amazing. I took my fiancee, as a surprise for his birthday. The place was just as described. Very clean and cozy. The view is amazing. We would definitely go back, maybe with a couple of friends so they can experience what we did. Great place for a outdoorsy type of vacation.

Would highly recommend this spot to anyone who's looking to find a place in Atlanta! the house was well stocked and just what we needed. Our host Amy even went out of their way to provide a pack n play and high chair to make our stay even better. Everything felt like 10-20 min drive depending on where we wanted to go.

Liudmila’s place was exactly how described! Even though there were a couple of mishaps, she communicated and accommodated us! The place was clean, spacious and up to date! Every time we come into town, most definitely will stay here again! Thank you again!

Great stay at Sarah’s! Sarah and Avery were so accommodating and welcoming. Stayed for 3 nights with a friend. Great space to be in and surrounded by nature. Always looked forward to seeing the chickens. Love the artistic and creative details of the property and the Airbnb. Wish we had more time there! I’ll be back whenever I need to return to the Atlanta area.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy guest house! It was the perfect size for two adults — comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. We were visiting our son nearby, and this was such a better experience than staying in a hotel. It felt private, peaceful, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for us, I think our favorite room was the White Sunroom off the kitchen. I could be cooking and the grandbabies were on the floor playing. We did have to move the coffee table into the corner as it was glass but is made ample play area on the floor. We drove to Helen, Dahlonega, Amicolola Falls St Park, Ellijay. We did 3 Wineries, Apple orchard and the kids hiked the community every morning. I don't think we could have squeezed anything else in, in one week. It was an an amazing trip, coming back to the house in the evening was as comfortable as coming home. Thank you for having us. Maria Metzger

My family stayed at Stephanie's home for a wedding nearby at Chateau Elan. Her home was lovely. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Comfy beds, kitchen stocked with coffee pods and essentials, ample bath towels and wash clothes, and many other nice touches. It was a quick 5-minute drive to a few different shopping centers and a 13-minute drive to Chateau Elan. Stephanie was quick to respond and was nice enough to let us check in early. I would definitely recommend staying at Stephanie's place!

Our group of three families stayed at this Airbnb for a wedding, and it was an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable experience! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for all of us to relax and feel at home. One of the best parts of the stay was the stunning waterfront location. Waking up to the beautiful views and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere made our trip even more special. It was the perfect setting for a memorable getaway. Such a great home in a great location. Close enough to everything at UGA and downtown Athens, but far enough away to have a more homey suburban feel. The beds are super comfortable, the giant sofa (not pictured) is awesome for lounging, all of the provided entertainment (pool table, foosball table etc) is a real bonus and the backyard is so large and private. It is perfect for morning coffee especially with the birds chirping and the deer wandering through. I will definitely book this home again for future trips to Athens.
