Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of the three bedsteads! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have your own entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. Breakfast is available for 13 euros pp. Please note: the bedsteads are smaller than a double bed. The 2 bedsteads in the room are 200x115 and the bedstead in the kitchen is 190x120

Walden is located in the middle of the unique scenic landscape of the Frisian forests. Trees, hedges and wood ramparts surround the meadows. With grasslands, water, and pieces of forest in between. It looks cozy, those lawns in the trees. Smûk, we say in Frisian. 250 species of birds and many other animals live here. From the ice age, the area also got pingo's as a gift. Log cabin the Lindehuys in Leek

Our Lindehuys is entirely self-built from wood and is located in our spacious green garden. You will have full privacy in this log cabin. There is a shower and a toilet. There are also a number of basic amenities such as a kettle, Senseo, a combination microwave and a small fridge. The centre of Leek and also the Nienoord estate with its castle and Carriage Museum are within walking distance. Groningen is easy to reach by bus, and by car you can be there in just 20 minutes.
