Holiday rentals with a patio in Boeotia

The unit is new modern renovation, very clean, quiet and great location just 5 minutes walk to the beach, bus, Starbucks, good restaurants, mini markets. We're traveling almost 3 months from Malaysia to Greece, this is the first place that the bathroom shower water doesn't wet the floor :). Jonathas is very kind host, he let us check-in early and help us checking for the bus route to Temple of Poseidon. The Ktel bus from Athens to Temple of Poseidon stop at Batis bus station, about 1.2km. We waited for Ktel bus departed in Athens at 3pm and the bus arrived at Batis bus station at 3:42pm, we raised hand to call the bus and got to Temple of Poseidon for beautiful sunset, then took same bus back leaved at 6:30pm. Also, about 20-30 minutes to visit Athens center attractions and nearby beach towns. We love to come back next time for longer stay.

Thanks a lot for Polina for the accomodation. Very very nice place to stay in Athens. The location is very good - close to metro tram station Neos Cosmos - about 7-10 min slow walk. Right opposite the house there is a small local store with food and everyday stuff. In the flat itself there were all basic necessary things for simple cooking like oil, salt, seasoning, tea, coffee machine for nespresso capsules. There are well working AC in each room. The house is not large, suitable for small family or couple. There is a nice small balcony with table and chairs. All furniture is very fresh and clean, the flat itself after repairs. I would recommend this great place for enjoying Athens.

It was our second stay with Eleni. The unit was absolutely gorgeous and spacious. Couldn’t have asked for something better with shopping and food very close by

This apartment not only offers incredible views of the Acropolis it is so convenient to everything you could plan on doing during your visit to Athens. Romanos was a great host and was always extremely responsive to questions and provided great recommendations on restaurants and places to see!

Clean apartment with beautiful roof terrace. Perfect location with good connection to the center and the airport and many good cafes and restaurants nearby.

It's the best place we've stayed in Greece. Dimitris is a sweetheart. He answered us quickly, he was super attentive. He waited for us until 6 am due to our flight delay. His recommendations for places to eat in the area were perfect. The house is beautiful. We felt right at home. The views are incredible. They convey a lot of peace. The beds are comfortable and the house has everything. It's a good starting point to see the area. It's in a small village but very close to the sea and the beaches. Thank you Dimitris!!!

Christos was a great host - very friendly and an active communicator throughout every step to make sure everything went okay. He gave us local recommendations and was always available. The home was great & the outdoor patio is lovely - we saw three sweet sunbathing cats.

Angie and Stavros are wonderful, friendly, and artistic people. They think of everything in terms of supplies and amenities in their place. Such a fun, creative, and whimsical apartment and patio. This was our second time to stay at their place, and it was just as great as the first time. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Athens. Also, very easily reachable on the 856 bus which you can catch in Syntagma Square. Very highly recommend!!!

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. Paris was a wonderful host. The view from her home of Delphi and the sea was the most beautiful view we have had in all our travels, which we enjoyed from the spacious terrace. Paris had eggs, butter, jam and bread available for us which we greatly appreciated due to our early departure. The space was spacious and comfortable for the four of us. If we ever visit this area again, we will stay here! 15 out of ten stars! Part of what makes the view so exquisite is that it is very high up. Be prepared to climb the 70 stairs. Completely worth it! The host was extremely communicative and informative. He gave us great tips on what to do in the area and was very easy to get ahold of. The space was very clean and we loved the balcony. We had a couple issues getting into the building during our stay but overall the stay was amazing.

beautiful little apartment in a neighborhood that is not touristy, so not too many people which is nice there are super markets for shopping .dimitris was responsive to each request. the apartment was very clean. nothing was missing. the.metro is a 10 minute walk to 2 stations from the acropolis. brief value for money perfect.

Even though the apartment is in the middle of Athens, it was so peaceful on the 4th floor. Great location and the hot tub was a bonus! Yannis and Tax were super-helpful, and the apartment was spotless!

Booked Niko’s place last minute and he was able to accommodate me within short notice. The view was unreal and so worth it! Tons of cafes and shopping available nearby. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Great place, close to everything. Views from the rooftop pool were amazing. Had an issue with AC just one day as it was hot, but other than that it was a perfect stay. She was very accommodating. Thanks! 😊
