It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary. Ένα νέο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο σπίτι στην περιοχή πάνω από το λιμανάκι στο Πορτο Γερμενό με εξαιρετική πανοραμική θέα στην θάλασσα. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην ίδια τοποθεσία με την άλλη μου καταχώρηση (villa nikos). Το κέντρο απέχει 1,5km ενώ η κοντινότερη παραλία βρίσκεται στα 500m.
