3 to 15 minutes walk to entertainment venues in the center of Bodrum, minibus bus station to all parts of the peninsula, health center, American Hospital, four large markets, weekly vegetable fruit and textile markets , and all beaches in the center. It is a quiet, calm, safe garden floor in the compound consisting of four blocks built in accordance with the earthquake regulations in 2015. Please do not smoke in the house and do not disturb the surrounding people at night. It is very close to the Umurca park and on the flat.

Swimming pool 10 min walk, Bodrum city center is 2.2 km, Gumbet beach is 20 minutes walk, Oasis shopping center is 100m away. There is a s.market to cover your basic needs 10m of the apartment. On the top floor of the apartment, it is only for your use, with a sea view there is a terrace. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.
