Welcome to Skivik harbor. Here in the boathouse you can relax with maritime surroundings around you. You will arrive to ready-made beds. The boathouse contains a private bedroom with a 150 cm bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room that can be turned into a 150 cm bed. Travel bed for children can be arranged. There is a small kitchenette with sink, fridge and 2 hobs. Most of the necessary kitchen equipment is available. There is also a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the evening you can sit on the veranda to enjoy the sea air.

Hiking trail to Keiservarden starts nearby. Svartvannet and Vollvannet are in the immediate vicinity – perfect for both swimming and quiet rest stops. Short distance to Wood Hotel, which offers café, restaurant and spa. Here you can relax to the sound of crackling from the fire pit, while enjoying the silence and the lovely view.

Would you like to experience the northern lights or go on mountain hikes in unique nature? Bodø offers great hiking opportunities a stone's throw away from the apartment. Close by you could have both the evening sun and a fantastic view of Børvasstindene. Outdoor area can be used for grilling. Sjøboden ligger i Løpshavn, 9 minutter med bil fra Bodø sentrum ( 7 km). Her kan du lade batteriene, nærhet til havet, strender og turer. Det går en tursti opp på Keiservarden fra Løp og flere strender på Løp. Det mulig å få leie båtplass, under oppholdet.

This is a newly restored barn completed in the summer of 2023. We have taken care of as much as possible of the old, and combined it with the new. This makes the barn a completely unique place, with a soul. 1st floor consists of hallway, bathroom with toilet and shower, hobby room, two bedrooms. The 2nd floor consists of an open solution, where part is the "main hall" with a fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, and a cosy sofa section. All rooms are well equipped.
