The modern and individual architect's house with great lake views is located about 300m from the lake in a quiet new development, in 2nd row of a residential street. Great terraces with lake view and fireplace invite you to linger. In 2020 it was awarded 4 stars. The house can host up to 5 people.

The accommodation is located in rural Hochfelden. Zurich Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Zurich City in 40 minutes. Every 30 minutes, a bus leaves that offers various connections. Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. Welcome to our Demeter farm! We are a small family business specializing in the production of yogurt and fruit yogurt. Our farm is home to many animals, from horses, cows, sheep, pigs, chickens, ducks, pigeons, bees and dogs to cats. Our farm is located on the edge of a small village and is about 14 km from Lake Constance. The farm is surrounded by nature and many beautiful things can be done in the Lake Constance region.

Our apartment is very quiet, yet centrally located in Bodman, just a 6-minute walk from the lake. This apartment consists of a 2-room living room with a sofa bed (140 cm lying area) as well as a bedroom, a separate bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and a kitchen with a cooking island (without oven), a coffee machine (Nespresso standard capsule), a refrigerator and a dishwasher. A small terrace is available.

The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. Beautiful apartment in the second sea line with magnificent views of the lake and the Alps. Just a few steps to the lake. Two stoves provide cosiness in the cold season. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer leaves nothing to be desired. The electric car can also be charged. A unique natural beach begins in front of the house, inviting you to stroll.
