The modern and individual architectural house with great lake views is located about 300 m from the lake in a quiet new development, in the 2nd row of a residential street. Great terraces with lake views and a fireplace invite you to linger. In 2020, it was awarded 4 stars. The house can accommodate up to 5 people.

Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern: einem Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch (140 cm Liegefläche) sowie einem Schlafzimmer. Ein separates Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Küche verfügt über eine Kochinsel (ohne Backofen), eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, einen Kühlschrank und einen Geschirrspüler. Eine kleine Terrasse gehört dazu.
