Monthly Rentals in Bodkin Point

The house was so cute - the yard and the garden was so beautiful and very well taken care off. We felt so welcomed and was given places to see and places to go. The bedroom was very nice and we had a wonderful night sleep. So much better than a hotel room. Thank you for a great stay and we would highly recommend the beautiful house

The cottage /house was peaceful on the edge of an inlet from the Bay. The patio was lovely. It was chilly so we couldn’t use the kayaks. The kitchen was very well equipped. The dishes, utensils, cookware were quality. The extra cozy blankets were nice. He responded to a request very timely. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Wow I cannot say enough about Jeanne's place, it met our needs for lots of sleeping spaces, lots of seating spaces for individual chats among our family group, but still intimate enough that all of us could be engaged at the same time. The layout of the property was top notch, well thought out, beautiful use of architecture and nautical/shipbuilding materials and theme flowing throughout. The views from inside the house overlooking the creek were amazing, everyone loved the loft room with the window, and the waterfront wildlife was nonstop from arrival. Everything was well stocked and super clean, and it was easy to get in and out of the house. Great area, great place to getaway and recharge. LOVE LOVE LOVED THIS PLACE. Would not think twice if I needed to stay here again. Definitely!

This is our second time staying with Matt and we will be back again. Matt is a great host. We have 2 service dogs and he has been accommodating both times. Not all of the places we have stayed are. I would recommend Matt’s place to anyone.
