Cozy basement apartment in Nexø

The apartment has its own entrance, bathroom/toilet and kitchen. Access to the garden, with terrace and the possibility to borrow a barbecue. There is the possibility of extra bedding, for a surcharge of DKK 200 per night, as well as the possibility of borrowing a weekend bed and a trip trap chair. Bedding and towels included in the price. Possibility of washing and drying, for a small fee. We live 400 meters from the square, and 600 meters from the harbor, where buses run to the whole island, and the ferry sails to Poland. On our road, the bus runs to Rønne / Airport

Vacation home near sandy beach

This holiday home is located in a holiday village with 52 houses, divided into 5 clusters. There is a shared swimming pool (remember towels for outdoor use), playground, common house, laundry room, parking space, and waste container. All grass areas are shared. Do NOT park at the house. The house is for 4 people, but by arrangement a fifth person can be allowed. I am not a big fan of pets, but by agreement it can be arranged. It is about 300 meters to the beach. The town is located in a forest, with plenty of nature.

Balkahytten is located 150 meters from Bornholm's finest beach: Balka Strand with the most beautiful morning sun. Less than 2 km along the beach is Snogebæk with lots of cafes, restaurants, a jetty and supermarket. About 3 km the other way along the coast is Nexø, Bornholm's second largest town, which has plenty of shopping, clothing stores and lovely cafes and restaurants overlooking the harbor. 200 meters from the house there is a bike rental and bus stop, so you can easily get around the island.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Nearest supermarket is in Nexø town 2,2Km away or in idyllic Snogebæk 2,5 km away. Tiny home includes: Shower, indoor toilet, small kitchen with cookers microwave, small oven, washing machine and Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels included too. A cot for a child up to the age of 3 years can be provided at extra cost

Completely renovated in 2021, very individually furnished with high-quality kitchen, beautiful bathroom and spacious living area. High-quality double bed (160 cm) on the gallery and a high-quality sofa bed (140 cm) in the living area. A 25 sqm sun terrace with fantastic sea views surrounded by a flower field invites you to morning coffee or a sundowner.

Minnas Stue has everything you need. The sun-drenched apartment is comfortably and cozily furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. The shower room with underfloor heating and a toilet is located in the basement and also has a large window overlooking the garden and the sea. From the entire apartment, you have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and the large garden. Everywhere in the garden there are beautiful places where you can linger.

The house has an authentic atmosphere, sleeps 4 people (and child up to 3 years) and is about 80 sqm. with ground floor and upper floor. The house is functional, but older, so don't expect a luxury house. It is located about 4 km from Nexø and Balka Strand in lovely rural surroundings in connection with private agricultural property (primarily arable farming, and only a few cows).
