Enjoy your vacation in the Sauerland in our lovingly furnished vacation home overlooking Lake Diemelsee, which is only 150 meters away!! The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

House on two levels on our farm. Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a sofa (fold-out), a dining table, a TV, a wood-burning stove for cold winter days, and a toilet. The sleeping area is accessed via a ladder. There is one queen-size bed (180 x 200) and one single bed (90 x 200), as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a construction site in front of the house. Parking available in front of the main building; Wi-Fi and satellite TV also provided. NO dogs allowed!

The local gastronomy also has plenty of things to offer. Especially with children, a visit to the Sababurg Zoo is an absolute highlight. (Dogs are allowed there.) Or perhaps you're interested in history? The Trendelburg Castle, the Sababurg Castle or the local museum offer plenty of information. Also worth seeing is Hofgeismar, about 10 km away…..

Just 100 meters from the beautiful Diemelsee is our great vacation home in a beautiful secluded location. The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

The last bastion of Einbeck

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

A fully equipped 82 sqm apartment for 7 people with garden and cozy. garden lounge. The accommodation, including The outdoor area can be fully used. The master bedroom has 2 single beds, 180 × 200 and a sofa bed 140 × 200. The bed in the second bedroom is 140 × 200. Each room has a desk and Wi-Fi. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and sauna. There is also a folding bed 90 × 200, a children's travel bed 60 × 120, and a highchair.

The clay half-timbered house is located extraordinarily in the hilly landscape in the Vorharz between Osterode and Göttingen. Very quiet on a large property. Heating with wood (house & sauna). You wake up in the morning and drink a coffee by the mill stream or on cool days in front of the blazing fireplace. The mill with its ponds and the surrounding nature invites you to pause. Hiking and biking trails start right at the entrance to the mill. It's hardly possible to be in the countryside any faster!

Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
