The house is located at the entrance to the Bodetal (5-minute walk), is an ideal starting point for Harz hikes to the cliffs Hexentanzplatz and Roßtrappe, with cable car, chairlift and for relaxation in the thermal baths. The 100-year-old house has been lovingly renovated. 200 square meters on 3 levels offer enough space and retreat areas for 8 people. Large windows and an open living area with oiled wooden floorboards give the rooms light and atmosphere. The house is good for couples and families with kids.

The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. Die Lage des Hauses ist ausgesprochen günstig, um diverse Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Haustiere sind nur nach vorheriger Anfrage erlaubt.
