Holiday rentals with a patio in Bocholt

We were super satisfied with our stay. The apartment was clean, and most importantly warm! The host is friendly and proactive, and went out of their way to get us new internet after some road work cut it for the building - not their fault or responsibility, and they still made sure we have a stable internet. Also checked up on us and whether we need any other amenities. If we visit Bochum again, this would be our choice.

Second stay, unchanged good, nice host clean and well equipped also very quiet in the second row of a moderately busy side street. Parking easily at the house. Technical equipment excellent

Quiet beautiful apartment, beautiful view into the garden. Parking was right in front of the house. You could always reach the host with questions, he was very helpful and very friendly. We will be happy to come back.

We fell in love with this stay. Everything is exactly like the description, even better than the pictures. Despite arriving very late Wolfgang was available to help with everything we needed, he was very friendly. The house is very nice, everything was incredibly clean if we went through the area again. The room is very good, beautiful surroundings, and the landlord is very warm, the message responds very quickly, I accidentally broke the glass, the landlord did not charge fees and gave wine, this is my best experience!

I cannot fault our stay. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Fantastic property, with interesting architecture. Comfy beds, big patio, inviting and secluded garden, spacious lounge. The stay with 7 people (5 adults and 2 children) in the beautiful apartment was great! The house was very clean, nice bathrooms, comfortable and very extensively equipped. The kids had a great time with the ping pong table/darts etc. Cozy to turn on the fireplace in the evening and the bedrooms were comfortable. Communication with Martina was great. If anything came up, she responds very quickly and her husband comes by to fix it. Nice tour and story given by her husband, about the pigs, which they have on the property. Very cozy, in summer even a swimming pool and there is a large garden to play for children. Overall, we have enjoyed! Tip restaurant; Gasthaus Suer. Very cozy and delicious food. We'd love to come back!

There were five of us in the house. Four spacious rooms for sleeping and a large living-dining area on two levels offered plenty of space to feel comfortable. There was nothing missing, neither in the kitchen nor in the bathrooms. Even spices were available. The pretty garden and terrace invited you to linger. The communication was very good. Always happy 😊

Everything was a wonderful fit, communication was straightforward and the apartment very clean.

We had a very pleasant stay at Timur’s house, which is modernly equipped, clean and depicted just as the pictures showed. Timur is nice and hospitable, even provided bread, sausage and ice cream for us. The house’s location is awesome and just 15-20 minutes’ to Messe Dusseldorf and 10 minutes to Krefeld Hbf. Grocery store and parks are just several minutes’ walk. Krefeld is a quiet and friendly city. We love everything here! Will be expecting to be back next year! Thank you again, Timur

The apartment is super connected and located in a new development with all the latest standards. S-Bahn and tram within walking distance. Slight signs of wear and defects distributed throughout the apartment. Great communication with tips and tricks for the city!

Elke received it in person at 10 pm. Show us around and explain everything. She had put drinks cold for us, there were fruits and a few treats. We immediately felt at home. The apartment is modern and nicely furnished. The bed very comfortable. We lacked nothing. Thanks for that dear Elke. We will be happy to come back.

This apartment was absolutely amazing. Everything is of the highest standard, with a modern and beautiful design. The beds are very comfortable and on the kitchen you will find everything you will need for making food. The area where the apartment is located is peaceful and clean. Check-in was also very smooth — even though we arrived late at midnight, the host kindly met us in person, explained everything we needed to know, and even gave us helpful tips on what to visit. We are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend staying here!
