GREAT We had a wonderful two day stay at this house. It was very clean, cozy and perfectly equipped. You immediately felt at home. Beautifully located house at the edge of the village and the forest. The kitchen has everything needed for home cooking. Sandra is a warm hostess who responds quickly. Now in winter fine house but in good weather completely ideal.

We had a super cozy stay at Lena’s place. The garden is great to relax and enjoy the good weather - definitely recommended for a few days of recharge.

Lovingly renovated rooms in an old school, host Peter is very friendly and always immediately available. If there is a way to completely darken the bedroom soon, it is perfect.

Beautiful and nice accommodation if you are looking for peace and nature. Friendly host who is quick to respond and happy to help. I really enjoyed the accommodation and would definitely recommend it. Anything you need is present. The bed is nice, the shower works well and the space is large enough for at least 2 people with a nice outdoor space.

The space is a dream. Laurence welcomed us warmly. You have a wonderful view from the terrace into the greenery and the pool. Everything is reminiscent of a cottage in Cornwall with wildflowers. The accommodation was very clean, well equipped and furnished with attention to detail. We will definitely be back!

Had a nice stay in this room. We immediately felt welcome upon arrival, with a nice welcome booklet in the living room and bathroom. There were also drinks in the fridge. Well cared for, and the center is within walking distance. Also nice park/forest nearby for walking.

The host was super friendly and nice. You can feel that he furnished the apartment with a lot of love for his fellow human beings. You immediately feel at home and you have everything you need for a nice stay and all that for a nice price ratio. Unbeatable!

the house is very comfortable for two persons and the location is amazing. supermarket near the house, 10 minutes to the central station and the owners are very friendly!

If you love peace and quiet and greenery, this is a beautiful place. It is located between the woods and fields, and the farm itself is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden. Me and my dog felt welcome and free. The cottage is comfortable and has everything you need.

We think Zeddam is a beautiful area where you can walk and cycle to your heart's content. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, and riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are close by. The apartment has all the necessities for cooking, staying, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was done to make us feel at ease. In short, we can recommend this apartment to everyone.

Overall we had a nice stay. The apartment is true to the photos. It is an 8-minute drive to the city center. There is a bakery across the street. Very convenient. The hosts are very responsive, we were able to get what we asked for very quickly. There is a beautiful aquatic center in Bocholt. Overall we had a nice stay.

We enjoyed the extended weekend in Josi's charming and spacious apartment. Josi has a knack for tasteful decoration :-) Absolutely quiet, with a beautiful terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden. We loved our stay at Bella's apartment. The host was always ready to answer any and all questions we might have, and didn't hesitate to swing by to drop off supplies, if we needed anything. We already made plans to go there for our vacation next year! We would definitely recommend this apartement. The kitchen had everything we needed, from pans to plates... the ONLY thing missing was a pair of scissors ✂️ 😆 But nothing we couldn't do without. Thanks for having us! 🍄🪙🕹️

I recommend it:) The apartment is very nice and cozy. The kitchen is large, 2 coffee machines in a beautiful cabinet :) The area is quiet and green, and the apartment is close to the museum of old cars HALL 77. Books and board games are available for guests. The apartment has automatic blinds.

Had a wonderful stay, with enormous flexibility from Kathi and Marcel. Our car had broken down, so we had to wait for a repair. Fortunately, we were allowed to check out an hour later. The accommodation is well located close to the tram stops or bus stops. Furthermore, it was very clean and equipped with all comforts! We will definitely come back again.
