Monthly Rentals in Blue Bay, Curaçao

If you are reading reviews, just stop and book this place for your stay. The location is amazing (less than 5 min walk from your bed to your beach chair). Parking is easy and the location is great. You will love having your coffee in the morning on the spacious balcony while watching the flamingos in the pond. The a/c in the bedrooms are perfect and fans all around provide perfect comfort. Thanks for a great stay!

we stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful stay. we loved blue bay beach and all the resort had to offer. the unit is just a minutes walk to the beach and was clean and quiet. we felt safe in the gated community. the room is essentially a large hotel room and was comfortable for 2 adults. the property manager was very responsive to any questions I had and even swapped us for fresh towels midweek at my request. my only complaint is that the shower runs out of hot water VERY quickly, like within a few minutes. other than that, we had a beautiful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

Beautiful oceanfront apartment in a modern Curacao development. The apartment looked exactly like the photos—tastefully decorated, well-equipped, and very comfortable. A rental car is highly recommended to explore the island easily; while Curacao is small, having your own transportation gives you much more freedom. There are several well-stocked supermarkets nearby, along with a variety of great restaurants. The in-unit washer and dryer were a big plus for convenience. Communication with the host was excellent—fast, clear, and helpful. We received prompt responses within minutes and detailed, well-organized instructions for arrival, check-in, and check-out. Highly recommend—would definitely stay again!

This was our second time staying at Xavier’s villa at Blue Bay. We absolutely love the location, close to the beach and the golf course. The villa is well appointed with everything we needed and Wil, the property manager, was very attentive. Would highly recommend!
