Holiday rentals with a pool in Blount County

We had a wonderful time. Ramzi was available when we had questions. Very friendly. Cabin was clean and cozy. If you have never driven in hills before be prepared the roads are tight. The lookout by the pool is amazing and also clean. Neighborhood also clean and quiet. Everything was perfect as the pictures showed. One slight thing to update would be the hot tub cover as it looks as if someone or something stood on it and broke it. Still works just fine but it’s collecting water on the top. Thank you for a great vacation. :)

A nice modern condo, clean and well furnished.

When arrived we could not find the pack and play and they had one delivered from Target that night. Always responded quickly. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay again if in Knoxville.

This place was great! The space was perfect for the two of us. We loved the location as we weren’t too close to the crowds yet weren’t too far away! And our backyard view is fantastic. We came for our anniversary and had a great time, we’d definitely come back!

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful place. It had everything we needed. The only heads up is the laundry room is in the basement, not a negative for us, but may be a consideration for others. The location was perfectly suited for our needs, close to town, our family, and the mountains. Truly lovely.

Amy was an amazing host. We came up for a car event. The property was bigger than expected. It was well equipped. 100% will try to book again!

This house was absolutely STUNNING! Every day the view was just amazing. Owners VERY responsive! Enjoyed the hot tub and unit was well equipped in kitchen and nice touch with starter supplies. We found beds comfortable and all 6 of us (adults) could find some privacy. Enjoyed the billiards and the fireplace on the balcony was the perfect backdrop to talk about our adventures. The road was a bit scary if you are afraid of heights and hairpin turns! We got more comfortable as the week went on but we were still reluctant to drive in the dark! The house was good location to Sevierville. Enjoyed Holstens for dinner. The main drag is only about a 25 minute drive. Gatlinburg was about a 35 minute drive. Smokey mountains NP about 45 mins from house . We saw 6 bears on this trip. 1 ran past us in the driveway and we got a good picture from the balcony. Be careful to lock the doors to your car! We absolutely loved our stay! We didn’t need to spend any extra money on things for the kids to do because this cabin had everything! The pool was so much fun, the theater was great for family time, the hot tub was definitely relaxing, and the view and fire place from the top deck was both beautiful and relaxing. The cabin was super clean and very nice. We will definitely be back! The host is quick to respond with any issue as well as the maintenance guy. Both are very nice.

This place is perfect for a trip to the mountains! I’ve stayed in this community several times and it has never disappointed me. Thanks for the stay!

Kylie was an amazing host! The place was clean, cozy, and had all the great amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a small hiccup with the thermostat not working at first, but Kylie was incredibly responsive and had it fixed within an hour — truly impressive response time! This stay was everything we needed and more! Tucked away on the peaceful side of the Smokies, the apartment was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We spent our mornings rocking on the deck with coffee overlooking the river, and our evenings around the fire pit under the stars — pure bliss. The pool was crystal clear and a perfect way to cool off after a day of exploring. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and the host is kind and helpful. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home, this is it. Already dreaming of coming back!

Great place to stay in a quiet community. Very clean nice place with comfortable beds. Doesn’t have the great views you look for in the mountains, but this was obvious by the pictures and information. I would 100% trade the views for the ease of accessibility. (Which I wanted) No winding steep roads no gravel. Gated community so no need to worry about your vehicles.

This home has everything you need plus more. The decor was fantastic! Cleanliness was top notch. Jeanine also left complimentary snacks and coffee. Such a nice touch! We came in for Father’s Day and my Dad came over and we had plenty of room to hang out inside and outside. We went to Dancing Bear Lodge for dinner which is only 2 miles down the road and it was phenomenal! Great home, great location, great hospitality! I highly recommend! Thank you Jeanine!

Stayed Monday-Friday. Easy drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Beautiful place, clean, peaceful, and spacious.
