Located on quiet Pentz Road, on the beautiful South Shore. Two minutes from famous LaHave Bakery, enjoy a morning coffee, a harty lunch or fresh baked treat. Nearby historic LaHave ferry for a 20 minute drive to Lunenburg, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 15 minutes to Nova Scotia’s best white sand beaches, Risser’s, Crescent, & Green Bay.

Farmstay Yurt

A simple cozy accommodation on an 30 acre off grid farm in Blockhouse. We are a walk from a large trail system where you can easily walk to the local organic cafe: Chicory Blue for a wholesome breakfast or lunch. This 20'' yurt is set right next to a flowing creek with its own modest kitchenette including small propane oven and a solar fridge. The farm is home to 1 horse, pony, 10 sheep, 2 peacocks, Angora bunnies, chickens, kunekune pigs, goats and a large greenhouse and vegetable garden.

Quarrie Cottage | Mahone Bay

This newly constructed Main Street cottage is steps away from all the main attractions, while also being set back from the road enough to give guests a private and tranquil place to retreat at the end of the day. We are just across the street from Saltbox Brewery, with a beautiful patio, frequent musical guests and visiting food trucks. The cottage itself is an open and breezy ,featuring French doors, rustic details and a cozy wood stove- making it suitable for getaways all year long!

Welcome to A SUITE STAY, a cozy private retreat on Nova Scotia's beautiful South Shore. Just 3 minutes to Mahone Bay, 7 to Lunenburg and 25 to Sensea Nordic Spa in Chester. You're perfectly located to explore while enjoying a peaceful place to unwind. Inside you will find a full kitchen, spacious living area, and your own outdoor space. A second Airbnb is going to be on the property early June, but no spaces are shared. You may be greeted by our friendly pups, Max & Ruby.

Burns Cove cottage is a spacious, fully equipped vacation home. The waterfront location makes it a prime spot to relax, view nature. It’s also a great location to bike/ hike/drive the Lighthouse Route and Rails to Trails. Lunenburg, Mahone Bay, Chester and Bridgewater have some amazing local eateries, craft breweries, local wineries and lots of shops. A quick drive to the free ferry ride gets you to the LaHave bakery, crafts, pottery, art galleries and many beaches.

Welcome to the Cozy Quilt

Welcome to the Cozy Quilt! A focal point of the Main Street and located in the heart of Mahone Bay. It’s sits across from the government wharf where you are only a short stroll to the cafes, brewery, pub, restaurants and shops. What started as part of the general store in 1867, the residence was later removed from the store and moved to its current home at 664 Main Street. Since 2003 it has been home to the Quilt Shop which help inspired the name Cozy Quilt.

Location, location, location! This studio apartment is located in the heart of Mahone Bay. Restaurants, shops, grocery store, pharmacy, and of course the three churches are within a 5 minute walk. The space is colourful and cheery with an east coast vibe. The apartment has a well equipped kitchenette if you prefer to cook light meals yourself. There is also a dining area which could be used as a very comfortable work space. Enjoy our beautiful town!

These unique and thoughtful suites, each of the three units are outfitted with subtle nuances giving the spaces their own special feel. Visitors will enjoy designer micro-kitchens, fully stocked with amenities any food enthusiast would appreciate. A cozy wood stove for those chillier evenings. All units have a special secondary sleeping nest area accessible by ladder. A serene place to hide away and watch for shooting stars through the skylight windows.
