Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende som är beläget i lövskogen nära en sjö. I sjön finns möjlighet till fiske (fiskekort) båt finns att låna 100m nedanför stugan, ca 120m till badplats. I stugan finns det 1st säng 140cm, 1st bäddsoffa 2x80cm och ett sovluft med madrasser på golv 220cm brett. Det finns kyl, frys, kokplatta, kaffekokare inomhus och grillplats utomhus. Vatten finns från dunk i köket Utedass. Ingen dusch Stugans storlek 24m2 Täcken och kuddar finns. OBS! Sänglinnen ingår inte

A detached house on Saltö, Karlskrona, with sea view and 50 m from the private landing jetty, placed on municipal shore. Access to a small rowing boat is included in the price. The hosts speak English and a bit German. Maximum guests are two adults and two children. The house is situated close to the owners house, but still has its privacy with a large terrace attached and access to an own part of the garden. Cleaning is done by the guests. Bed linen and towels can normally not be provided.

Sovloft med Dubbelsäng, våningssäng, fullt utrustad kök med allrum och kamin. Nyrenoverad badrum med dusch, WC, tvättmaskin. Vi står för lakan/ bäddning och handdukar. Härligt trädäck med 180 grader utsikt över saxemara vik. Solnedgång och tillgång till stor brygga. Sandstrand cirka 2 km gångväg från huset. En unik pärla!

Stugan är enkelt och mysigt inredd, med marina inredningsdetaljer. Direkt utanför finns uteplats och parkering med möjlighet att ladda elbil (kostnad 5kr/kWh). WC och dusch finns i gemensam servicebyggnad (35 m). Grill finns på hamnplanen (35 m) och havskajaker kan hyras av oss. Perfekt för avstamp till både Skåne och Blekinge. Bromölla fina vandrings/cykelleder vid havet, längs Ivösjön, i bokskogen. Sölvesborg 12 km , en gammal stadskärna och fina stränder. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Lakan o handdukar ingår inte , kan ordnas om vi är hemma!

Gemütliches Ferienhäuschen mit großem Garten umgeben von Bäumen inmitten der Natur. Badeplatz am See fußläufig erreichbar (1500 m). Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 30 min an der Ostsee. Nyrenoverad gästhus på gård. Välkommen ut på landsbygden. Fint hus över två våningar med nytt badrum och kök. Ljust och rymligt. Huset ligger på vår lilla gård där det finns hundar kattar, höns och hästar. En lantligt idyll och samtidigt nära till allt. Havet 12min med bil, oändliga vandrings möjligheter, badsjö i närheten.
