It's 70m from the cristally clear sea. The house is 100sq m (plus the loggia of 30sq m). There is an additional relaxing area of 25sq m with an outside shower where you can barbecue and a pool area with a terrace of 100sq m where you can sunbathe. It is 35 km from Korcula and the nearest shop is 10' walking distance.

Sea and beach are directly in front of the house, but has a little wild, steep road cc 50 m. The beach is natural and you have a place for sunbathe.
