Vanuit de woonkamer kan je deels genieten van zicht op zee, en heb je verder een open zicht op het IJslandplein, waar je ook betalend kan parkeren. Optionally and if available, the adjacent guesthouse can be rented (2-4p). The house has all the comforts and is completely energy neutral.
