Through a winding forest road, you will finally reach the destination, with the sea as your closest neighbor. As soon as you turn off the engine of the car and walk out the car door, you will encounter the wonderful nature, the sea and the silence that only such a place can provide. Here you live comfortably and nicely in a newly-renovated one-story house of 170 square meters with various amenities and with an outstanding view of the archipelago around Figeholm. Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests make their own beds. Of course, there is a TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bikes are available for hire; it's only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the town centre. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

Newly renovated garden house for 5 people

Our garden house is a newly renovated accomodation located close to baths, golf and nature with walking distance to the town centre-approximately 10-15 minutes. The house is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and a microwave oven and all the kitchen utensils you might need. During the summer months you also have access to a barbecue. One bathroom with toilet and a shower cubicle. There are 5 beds; one king size bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. We wish you very welcome!

Cabin on a sea plot in Västervik's archipelago

In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

Warm welcome to our semi-detached house, which is located in the countryside near the coust between Västervik and Oskarshamn. The house is located in a calm idyllic area, with neighbours around, so it fits you who likes calmness. Earlier it was a cat in the house. Around 2 km from the house, it´s a village called Blankaholm. There you can swim in the sea, icecream café, mini golf and more. You also have the possibility to rent a small boat or go with a boat on a seatrip.
