As soon as you turn off the engine of the car and walk out the car door, you will encounter the wonderful nature, the sea and the silence that only such a place can provide. Here you live comfortably and nicely in a newly-renovated one-story house of 170 square meters with various amenities and with an outstanding view of the archipelago around Figeholm. A charming Attefallshus in the heart of Västervik that offers you hotel feel. 4-5 minutes hiking and you are right in the middle of beautiful Västervik. In a few minutes you reach Gamlebyviken for a lovely morning walk. A newly built small house of 25m2 with bathroom, kitchen & bedroom. Open-plan with double bed. Small kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer. Bathroom with shower, floor heating and towel dryer. A small cozy deck outside the sliding window section.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests make their own beds. Of course, there is a TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bikes are available for hire; it's only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the town centre. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

Newly renovated garden house for 5 people

Our garden house is a newly renovated accomodation located close to baths, golf and nature with walking distance to the town centre-approximately 10-15 minutes. The house is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and a microwave oven and all the kitchen utensils you might need. During the summer months you also have access to a barbecue. One bathroom with toilet and a shower cubicle. There are 5 beds; one king size bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. We wish you very welcome!

In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

Warm welcome to our semi-detached house, which is located in the countryside near the coust between Västervik and Oskarshamn. The house is located in a calm idyllic area, with neighbours around, so it fits you who likes calmness. Earlier it was a cat in the house. Around 2 km from the house, it´s a village called Blankaholm. There you can swim in the sea, icecream café, mini golf and more. You also have the possibility to rent a small boat or go with a boat on a seatrip.
