The stay here was pitch perfect. Quiet, serene, with beautiful facilities and amenities. I had a most relaxing time taking in the self care with the over sized tub and shower, and being an XXL man myself they fit me well with (a little) room to spare. Everything was as advertised and I would look forward to another stay here. The property is out in spacious country and seems remote while only a few miles from the main drag with birds and jack rabbits abundant. Absolutely beautiful stay if you want to get away for a bit! Very private, the room took my breath away!! The bath was amazing! The room stayed cool, it was the cleanest Airbnb I’d been walked in to ever!! Definitely recommend staying here!!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The setting was peaceful and private—perfect for unwinding. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. We especially loved JPS Wimberley BBQ—it was delicious! And spending time at the river was truly amazing. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had such a wonderful stay! It was relaxing and the home was so cute and comfortable. Cynthia also dropped by with the most delicious cookies! :) We will definitely be staying here again when our travels take us back to Wimberly.

There are 2 houses on this property. I was staying 2 months, and about 10 days into my stay the hot water heater began leaking in the Plum Cottage. A replacement heater had to be ordered. I was offered the chance to move to the other (bigger) Stone House at no additional cost, either until the repair was made, or for the duration of my stay. I chose to remain at the bigger house for the duration. Not only was it an upgrade, but it kept me from having to move all my stuff yet again. That was a very kind offer !! Although this location is in the country and very peaceful, Wimberley is just a short drive for any needed supplies or to visit shops and restaurants. As I'd drive down the road this property is on, folks would wave when passing. I once encountered a deer in the yard as I was heading out. It moved a little farther away, but was still enjoying being on the property a little later when I returned. Nice to be in nature and able to share the same space. A pleasant stay !!

The Garofalo cottage was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. The interior space was perfect for two. It was cozy but not at all cramped. If you enjoy a very firm bed, this is the spot for you. The purpose of our visit was wine tasting. We chose this location specifically for that and it was perfection. We were never more than 10 minutes away from any of the wineries making it easy to pop back into the cottage if necessary - this was especially great for lunch! We never went to Fredericksburg on this trip. We ate in Johnson City and on site at the wineries and the location was so convenient for that. Shout out to the welcome eggs in the fridge! Great touch! We visit the area at least two times a year and have stayed all over and we believe this was a top two spot. Would definitely consider staying again!

Absolutely incredible experience! Cindy's guest barn exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning Hill Country views that stretched for miles. The barn itself was beautifully decorated, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. Cindy was the perfect host, incredibly welcoming and attentive to every detail. She made my family feel right at home, which made our stay even more special. The pool was amazing as well, providing a refreshing escape with a view that's simply unbeatable. Waking up to the serene landscape and enjoying coffee on the porch was a highlight of our stay. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with breathtaking scenery, this is the place. Our stay was wonderful! A perfect, calm, quiet getaway for my girlfriends boyfriend. It was extremely clean, easy to find and the location was in the middle of every place we wanted to visit. We can't wait to stay again. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying in the cute little tiny house, perfect for two adults and our dog, we love that this place was dog friendly and so close to Pedernales Falls State Park! Our hosts were super friendly and attentive! We would definitely stay again!

We stayed in The Sauceda...a cabin with a kitchenette. The cabin had everything we needed and more!!! Coffee, tea (a wonderful addition for me!), granola bars, oatmeal, popcorn were in the kitchen....we were grateful for the snacks!! The bathroom was amply stocked with all necessary supplies. The layout and decor of the cabin was perfect. These are no pre-fab cabins placed on a random property. The owners put their sweat equity into every step of the purchase, design and construction of this property. Their pride in ownership shows in everything they do. We will definitely be back!!!!

My husband and I loved the little cabin, very clean and comfortable. It’s private and very quiet. It has everything that we needed in order to make our stay more enjoyable. Everyone was very polite and helpful, whether it was through the people at Evolve and Ms. Hilda. They are polite, quick to answer any questions, and all instructions are very easily understood. Highly recommended.

This place was great for peaceful refuge. The house and grounds are lovely. My friend and I had a wonderful stay and would love to stay there again.

This cozy, Little Hacienda, was perfect for our weekend. The hosts thought of everything: well stocked kitchen, Keurig, pods and condiments for your coffee/tea, breakfast items for your first morning, soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, first aid kit, extra towels and linens. The king size bed was so comfortable! There's also pullout couch with memory foam topper, to make it soft. The house was easy to find, the outdoor space was relaxing and beautiful. There are so many great spots to eat and enjoy music, all within a short drive. We were impressed with the quality of the house. New construction, high quality furniture, and top notch appliances . You could see the care that was put in, when the owners planned this Little Hacienda. Finally- I had mentioned that we would be celebrating my husband's retirement- to our surprise they left delicious cake and a card for him. It was so touching and so special. We will definitely return for another visit!

I had a wonderful week long stay in Wimberly and this house was a great home base. The house was very clean and comfortable. The owner had supplied water, snacks and coffee as a courtesy. The host was responsive, helpful and offered suggestions related to my interests. So much to do in Wimberley! Nearby State Parks, nature areas and parks have great hiking and views. Highly recommended!

Stayed 2 nights at George and Sharon's cottage and loved being out in the country. Absolutely loved Charlie, their dog host. He was so sweet and loving. Enjoyed walking around the property and taking pictures of the bluebonnets and the views from their ranch's hilltop location. The cottage was very cozy and comfortable with a great kitchen layout. The Wildseed Farm was a very short drive away. George was a very responsive and welcoming host. I plan to return.
