We spent a week with the family, very nice house (new) and very clean, quiet, near the shops of Passous, you can do everything on foot. very nice and welcoming hosts. No problem recommending.

We had a great stay in this house which was really perfect. Everything was impeccable: very clean, well-equipped, nothing was missing. The view was incredible, and direct access to the beach is a real plus that makes all the difference. It's a rental that we recommend without hesitation, and that we will happily rent again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful house with stunning views. Superb decoration. Extremely well-equipped house with all the comforts for a memorable stay. "The Sound of the Waves" is aptly named. A true haven of peace. Great hosting by Florence who will give you plenty of good advice (remember to follow her instructions for access to the house!). Excellent welcome for dogs which is a big plus for me. We spent an extended stay in this beautiful house that has just been built. It is very large and the landscape is splendid in almost all the rooms. We were able to enjoy the sublime sunsets from the hot tub. We also want to thank the concierge for their welcome, advice, kindness and responsiveness.

The accommodation is very pleasant to stay in.

We had a lovely stay. The house is small but feels large. The space is calm and very well equipped. The garden is secluded and has different elements, play, quiet and room.

We had a great week at the property. The accommodation is at the foot of the dunes, in a few steps we are on the beach. The accommodation is also a few meters from the center, with a bakery, grocery store, and a few restaurants. The place is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for recharging!!

Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from equipment for our one-year-old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy the city centre of Granville only ten minutes' walk away. Granville train station is easily accessible. Local shops are appreciable, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes away, pharmacy and bakery are also nearby. We had a very pleasant stay in Granville. We had a great stay at Virginie's, the beach 50m walk is a real asset and offers a very nice view. The apartment is very well-equipped.

THE BEST accommodation we have made ☺️ We had a great stay in this very clean, well-appointed and perfectly functional accommodation. There was absolutely everything you needed and more, to feel at home. The bed is very comfortable and the view from the apartment, directly overlooking the harbour, is superb. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the beach, with many restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed Le Flot Bleu, an excellent place to discover. The neighborhood is nice, everything can be done on foot, and parking is easy nearby, which is really convenient. Sandrine was very responsive, available and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this listing without hesitation and will be back with pleasure!

We stayed at Odette's for a week. Laure and her team were very welcoming and gave us a lot of tips and recommendations, we thank them. We had a wonderful week and felt at home in this beautiful apartment, very well equipped, modern and very well located facing the sea with private access to the beach. (Note the very comfortable bedding and pillow, which is appreciable) the balcony is a big plus. We recommend and will not fail to book this apartment for a future stay in Saint Malo.

We went as a family of four adults. Jocelyne’s place was as described and much more. She is responsive and clear with communication.The 180 degree views were the highlight of our stay. The whole flat is immaculate. It had everything to give you a relaxing home away from home. We explored the walks and beach nearby and we got great recommendations for food in Granville. Le mont St michel is about 40min drive and worth going to. I would highly recommend a stay.

Very pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with nice decor. Everything is connected, even the dishes. Nice and clean apartment. The French door to access the terrace without overlooking the wind shelter is a plus. Heloise is a very nice host and available to answer questions.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

Great stay with Zabeth and Pascal. A warm personal welcome, with an explanation of the excellent equipment and the surroundings. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city centre. This makes it very quiet in the street and no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

We were warmly received. We were shown around and everything was shown to us. The area is very nice and you can do a lot. A walk on the beach is a must. The place is very nice and offers everything you need.

Roberte and Yves welcomed us very warmly, showed us into the apartment and gave us tips for further excursions. The apartment is located at the end of the beautiful promenade in the center of Saint Malo, the path alone is a pleasure. We stayed there for 2 nights. Many thanks for the two hosts. A parking space was reserved for our car.
