Welcome to our family caravan in Cala Gran Fleetwood There is an indoor swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment! To make your stay even more relaxing, you can enjoy the onsite shared hot tub. This property has an electric fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay. Staying here also allows you access to the private garden. As a self-catering caravan, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. This caravan has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. The third bedroom contains a double bed. There is additional sleeping space in the caravan, comprising a double sofa bed. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are NOT provided Duvets and pillows are. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.

Our caravan is located on Great Birchwood holiday Park, which is close to Lytham, Lytham St Anne's and Blackpool. These can easily be visited either by foot, taxi or bus, which stops right outside the entrance. The caravan sleeps 4, has a separate living area, kitchen/diner, 2 bedrooms (one en-suite) and a bathroom. There is also wrap around decking for cosy nights under the stars.
