The property is on 5 acres and large green space makes there a lot of bolt space around the house, little shyness from neighbors and surrounding activities. Built in 1929, the house is a charming house with lots of space. Brekstad is just an hour by speedboat from Trondheim and Solvang is 10 minutes' walk from the speedboat quay. Ørland offers a lot of nature, bike paths, hiking trails and historical sights.

The basement apartment is bright and cosy, with approved escape window in bedrooms.Byåsveien is well trafficked, but indoors it is quiet. Apartment is located just outside the city center, about 35 minutes walk to the city and with very frequent bus departures from stop about 200 meters away. Cozy little cottage on the seafront

Unique guest cottage for two people, located right by the sea. If you have a short or longer stay and want to stay cheap, then this is the place for you. The guest cottage can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. If desired, a desk can be inserted. You have access to your own bathroom and microwave, fridge and kettle in the main house 10 m away. There is no kitchen If you come by bus to Fillan, I can pick you up there for 250 NOK.

A fantastic nice view beyond Stjørnfjorden, Trondheimsleia and all the way out to Hitra. Evening sun, nice hiking trails for both the super prey and those who take it as a trip.
