The house was built in 1929 and is a charming house with a lot of space. Brekstad is only an hour by speedboat from Trondheim and Solvang is a 10 min walk from the speedboat quay. Ørland offers a lot of nature, bike trails, hiking trails and historical sights.

Our apartment is located in Beian in Ørland municipality. It is part of an apartment complex, and we live in the complex ourselves. In the immediate vicinity is a great sandy beach, and nice hiking opportunities on foot or by bike. We also rent a boat (40hp/19ft) and a 9-seater car for an extra fee.
