The sea areas outside are rich in fish and shellfish, excellent for fishing or diving. The sandy beach in direct vicinity is fine for both families with children or those engaged in free diving. From the cabin you can see the sunset over the archipelago of Tarva with the windmills at Valsneset in silhouette. If you are lucky, you can sit in the Jacuzzi and watch the sea eagle, or the northern lights dance across the sky.

The roof is rented out to those who want sun from morning to evening. Solvang sits in the middle of the sandwich in Brekstad city centre in a calm residential neighborhood. The property is on 5 acres and large green space makes there a lot of bolt space around the house, little shyness from neighbors and surrounding activities. Built in 1929, the house is a charming house with lots of space. Brekstad is just an hour by speedboat from Trondheim and Solvang is 10 minutes' walk from the speedboat quay. Ørland offers a lot of nature, bike paths, hiking trails and historical sights.

It is possible to rent an extra boat at an additional cost if there are 4 or more people. Here you can fish in both the fjord and the sea as the sea is right nearby. Floating docks are under construction with their own space for processing fish. Freezers are also available. Pictures are coming. The boats are only available from April 2026.
