Terraces around the entire cabin and a covered terrace. There is a separate "wine room" where you can enjoy the view, read, knit or listen to music from the CD collection or cassettes. The Jacuzzi can be used by appointment. Short distance to the beach and shops. Great hiking and fishing opportunities.

Leiligheten ligger nederst mot havet sentralt på Brekstad. Kun 5 min. gange til sentrum eller hurtigbåt til Trondheim eller Kristiansund. Solvang ligger midt i smørøyet på Brekstad sentrum i et rolig boligområde. Eiendommen er på 5 mål og stort grøntareal gjør at det er mye boltreplass rundt huset, lite sjenanse fra naboer og omkringliggende aktiviteter. Huset er bygd i 1929 og er et sjarmerende hus med mye plass. Brekstad ligger bare en time med hurtigbåt fra Trondheim og Solvang ligger 10 min gange fra hurtigbåtkaia. Ørland tilbyr mye natur, sykkelstier, turstier og historiske severdigheter.
