We are renting out our 76 sqm, newly-built apartment in Sadelbyn, Åre Björnen. The apartment has a ski-in/ski-out location to, among other things, the Sadelexpressen chairlift that takes you out into the entire Åre ski system. When you arrive at the apartment, you will be met by a lovely terrace with a fantastic view of Lake Åresjön. Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. Here you also have walking distance to the cross-country tracks as well as Björnen city center with services such as restaurants, shops and ski rental. Walking distance to Åre Riding Club/Riding house where opportunities for horseback riding are available.

Live close the nature but also close to everything Åre have to offer. Only 5 kilometers from Åre Square and 1,3 kilometers to the grocery store. You will wake up to an amazing view and have the water just in front . The house have everything you need to have a nice stay. In the smaller hut you find the sleeping room and in the big house you have the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Bed linen is included. The property is fenced, making it a great place for pets to enjoy.
