Older detached house for rent. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the jetty and Nidelva in Arendal. The house has good sun conditions and a large terrace with seating area and barbecue. The house is from 1970, but recently made light renovation in the bedrooms. One bedroom has a wardrobe and a 120 cm bed, while the other bedroom also has a wardrobe and a 150 cm bed. Bedding, sheets and towels included :) The house is under major renovation, so the basement is closed off and the parking lot is not finished, but can be used. Please feel free to contact us.

There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
