Villa BeleVita is a new building located in a beautiful location 5 km from the town of Đurđevac. It is located in an oasis of peace and quiet and untouched nature. Surrounded by hills, vineyards, meadows and forests. The landscaped area of the villa is 5000m2. The villa has a 50 m2 heated pool with a sunbathing area and a Jacuzzi. Guests have access to a children's playground as well as barbecue equipment with an outdoor dining area, making this place the perfect place for family holidays and recreation.

Our cottage is a blend of modern and rustic. The modern style fits the rustic and gives this cottage a special charm. Guests can use the entire house of 100 m2 and a yard of 2500 m2. On the enclosed, heated terrace there is a Jacuzzi in use all year round. A coffee maker and various types of tea are available in the kitchen. The bathroom is fully equipped: towels, bathrobes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dental hygiene set, small cosmetic set. In the attic, a comfortable bed.

Upstairs in the house, there is a spacious bedroom with a bathroom and a large covered terrace with an IC sauna for 2 people. In front of the house, there is a spacious terrace with a Jacuzzi for 6 people offering panoramic views. Both houses are exclusively rented together Facilities: Smart TV, SAT-TV, optical internet + Wi-Fi, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, gas heating, professional ventilation.

The house is located 7 km from the center of Varaždin, in Beretinec, and offers an unforgettable vacation for all. Nearby are the Cevo Mountains (7.5 km) and Ivanščica (30 km), Varaždinske Toplice (15 km) and Trakoščan (36 km). There is a sauna (no extra charge), a wooden wellness bath (hot or cold water, heating at extra cost), parking, wifi, terrace/gazebo and barbecue. The house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, 2 TVs and an equipped kitchen. HOT TUB IS NOT WORKING AT THIS TIME!
