My wife and I really enjoyed this apartment. The location from the train station is an easy 10 minute walk. Check-in was easy, but we had the neighbor contact Giuseppe and Claudia because we didn't have an active cell phone, but we were able to check-in at 12:30PM and Giuseppe was very hospitable. We took a direct train from Civitavecchia Cruise Port, so no change of train in Rome. We loved staying in Latina Scalo! The small town was fun and convenient for sightseeing in Rome and Naples! We will return in the next few years. Claudia arranged for transportation for us to the airport (FCO) at 5AM, which we really appreciated at a great price! A small Super Market is located 75 meters away. A nice bakery and Cafe across the street. Plenty of small Italian restaurants in the area! Highly recommend this AIRBNB!

My partner and I are two paragliding pilots. We had booked for 4 nights, Pietro's little house is very close to the center (two steps). We parked the car practically under the house. It was easy to reach, Pietro provided clear directions, In the house we found everything necessary and even more (sugar, salt, oil, pasta, coffee) although we did not use it but it was so nice to find everything, because the small attentions make the difference. Very comfortable mattress, internet works very well. Back was a responsive host. We had a beautiful experience, we will definitely be back 🩷

Very nice apartment, clean, modernly furnished and finished and equipped with all the essentials to spend a comfortable vacation period. Located in a very quiet area and a great location from which you can move by car to visit the beautiful surroundings that include the medieval villages of Sermoneta and Norma, the Ninfa garden, the Pantanello Park and the Valvisciolo Abbey. The nearby beaches can be reached in less than an hour by car. A small shopping center is a few minutes away by foot. Rosario was very kind, welcoming and helpful in providing us with information on what to visit nearby. Highly recommended for a couple.

Marco’s place is incredible. We felt so lucky to be perched on the edge of beautiful Sermoneta admiring the view from the terrace. It was so quiet that we could only hear the birds and the insects. The pool was lovely and the house is one of a kind. We were a family of 4 and managed with taxis and the train. The train into Rome is quick and comfortable and, like many others, we really valued the peace of Sermoneta after the bustle of Rome.
