Perfect place for peace and quiet. It is very hot during the day in the middle of Summer, but sure cools down at night. Only a few minutes drive into town. If you are outdoorsy and lower maintenance, this place is is definitely for you.

Grateful to find this place in a walkable area near the university! Groceries, laundry, hiking, movies, restaurants all within three blocks! Very safe and easy, no need to rent a car. Claudine inquired about our stay on her own and also was very responsive to us.

Great place to stay in Missoula. Super quiet and close to everything … even an ice cream stand a short walk away! Host also accommodated an early check-in/late check out, which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again on a future visit to town.

Amy was so accommodating and the space worked out beautifully as we needed to be able to walk to restaurants and be close enough to the airport to fly out early the next morning. Lovely place and separate from main home. Definitely would stay again!

This was honestly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The guest house was brand new, super clean, and had such a peaceful, private vibe. You could feel the love and care that went into creating the space—it felt like a hug the moment I walked in! The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating with everything I needed during my stay—and check-in/check-out couldn’t have been easier 👌🏼 The view and yard were stunning—even better than the pictures, which don’t fully capture the feeling of being there. The fenced yard was heaven for my pup--and we loved the evening walks visiting the neighborhood cows and horses, with the sunset glowing behind the mountains. I hope I can come back someday! I’m so grateful for my stay :)

The views from the “Bunkhouse are amazing. It is very nice and cozy in a quiet location . The host welcomed us upon our arrival asking if there was anything he could do for us. We would definitely book this again.

This was our second stay at this location and it met all of our needs. A simple and comfortable location that is quiet and off of the main traffic areas but close to all of the stay needs. We would certainly stay there again.

This is my second visit to RoAnn's guest house and it's a wonderful experience. The location is ideal, the accommodations are everything one needs and the view is exceptional. RoAnn is a gracious hostess and I highly recommend her guest house.

The carriage house was very comfortable and the hosts were equally easy to communicate with and very accommodating for us on an early checking in request. Location was perfect to wherever your plans were plus a market across the street for any groceries needed. It was on a rather very busy main road so cars, and siren noises were a daily thing. But it was a cute place, just wished it was a bit quieter to enjoy the patio area.

The apartment was cool! Perfecto for a couple or a small family , you have all you need . I would say everything was above average, very recommmnedable !! Localization is perfect and a parking plot an extra . Area is quiet and very safe , you can walk to downtown Hamilton very easy! Brandon as hoster was always available and replying to our questions very quick !! It was a pleasure to stay at your apartment !!

Perfect hosts! Both Ingrid and Chris are incredibly friendly and provided great information about the area. They are warm and very generous people. The communication before and during my visit was extremely good. The loft is very nice and modern. Cozy warm bed. Love the shower. Cooking is easy - everything you would need is provided. Oh, Ingrid's honey is light and so very delicious! I saw deer and sheep on the road at dusk. There are a plethora of photograph locations on the road into and past the loft. Make sure to check out the suspension bridge and trails in the area. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the area. Thank you so much for sharing this charming loft with me!

Cool castle house! Very spacious.

We stayed at The Grotto for our 11 year anniversary and it was a dream come true. Rhonnie and her husband have built an absolutely incredible getaway just outside of Hamilton Montana in the Bitterroot Valley. She went above and beyond to make our anniversary an incredible one. Her attention to detail with The Grotto is truly something you have to experience. We definitely will be returning and couldn’t recommend the property any higher!

it is a beautiful place and neighborhood. In just a few short days, I was able to see a moose cow and calf, deer, and bluebirds. Just remember the higher elevation that it may still smoke in April

This is a lovely space, perfect for one or two people! And my pup absolutely loved the private fenced in yard. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed at Margie’s for 2 weeks for our wedding/honeymoon and we couldn’t have had a better experience. We felt so welcomed and taken care of. Margie was available and communicative but gave us our space to relax and enjoy. The cottage was beautifully decorated and spotless. It was cozy and comfortable our entire stay. I can’t say enough good things about this tucked away little piece of paradise. Stay with Margie and Moxie, you won’t regret it.

It was great staying at Sarauna's farm. We have a 2-year old daughter who enjoyed living on the farm even more than we did. The place is just as described - peaceful, quiet (not taking animals into account) and very private. We enjoyed helping Sarauna around the farm (which she encouraged) and seen sheep sheering. We fed chicken, horses, goats and whatnot and overall it was a pleasant stay with no downsides. You should be ready for a life at a farm though, roosters will wake you up and there's always some animals around you at all times while you're outside of the house. The house is old but well maintained, all listed amenities work perfect (given it's Montana). Way in is a bit inambiguous but overall we had no trouble getting in and out of the property and enjoyed talking to Sarauna and spending time here a lot.
