The entire 55 m² two-room apartment is located in a quiet side street between the town hall and university hospital. The apartment is on the first floor at the back of the house and is very quiet. The balcony is also on the quiet backside and has sun all day. Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.
