Monthly Rentals in Bitez

I was overwhelmed with the stay at Eda’s Airbnb. First the location is fantastic with one of the best views I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The view over looks the port of Bodrum and is just mesmerizing. The communications and effort to make sure everything was in order was first class. Even though Eda was out of the country. She made sure to touch base consistently to ensure things ran smoothly. I had never been to Turkey before and really wanted to experience the culture. Well I got a first class experience from Eda’s parents. Their hospitality and willingness to share from the moment I was picked up at the airport to invitations for breakfast and dinner on several occasions. My time in Turkey would not have been the same without this 4 day stay! Thank you Eda, Mehmet & especially Ayfer!

The space was good, just what we needed. Easy to find. Super close to the beach. The pool was lovely, also family friendly. Breakfast was included which was a surprise. It was easy to get to bodrum centre. Staff were friendly.

We booked the two-bedroom suite for our family vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. For long stay guests, trash is picked every day and deep clean with towel change is weekly but when we asked for new towels they made an exception. The pool was nice and cafe next to the pool was good but closed super early (5pm). The restaurants around the hotel are pricey, so we mostly cooked our own food (ask for pots and silverware at the reception!) or ate out in budget-friendly and authentic spots closer to Bitez or Bodrum. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. The car allowed us to visit nearby beaches and towns because there is not a lot of public transit in the area. It’s a 5-min walk to a nice beach, especially if you go further right where more beach cafes are. Even though we visited in the shoulder season, the weather was very warm, we could swim in the sea, and there were lots of things to do without suffering the crowds and high prices.

Alp was so very hospitable. He was super responsive and gave us a lot of great recommendations. We asked for more water and it was dropped at the door within an hour. The area was wonderful, walkable to great restaurants and shops. We will be back! Thank you Alp.
