To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

The WiFi connection has been upgraded by an amplifier and works very well. A kettle grill is at your disposal. It is covered under the stairs. Please put it back there after cooling and cleaning.
