Welcome to the apartment Am Stiftbrunnen in the historic center of Stemwede/Levern. The light-flooded 45 sqm apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed + 1 sofa bed) Next to the old half-timbered house from 1693, which is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a village fountain, you have a direct view of the old collegiate church. In the immediate vicinity there are shops, a pharmacy, gas stations and restaurants. Down the hill, beautiful idyllic paths invite you to bike and hike.

Spacious 1-room apartment with kitchenette, desk, Wi-Fi and small shower room, located in the countryside, in a quiet residential area. Approx. 40 square meters. Here a nice, bright room awaits you, equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed and a furnished workplace. The room is on the garden side with access to the terrace and its own entrance door. Parking right in front of the house. Behind the garden is the recreational area with forest and meadows. The city can be reached in 15 minutes.

The appartment is located in the historical Katharinenviertel in the center of Osnabrück. The Gründerzeithaus dates from the 19th century. Old Town, shopping area, Stadthalle, University, Gastronomy are within walking distance. The accommodation consists of bedroom, 2 living rooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Shopping facilities are just 300 meters away and easily accessible on foot. For extended walks, the Teutoburg Forest offers numerous hiking routes about 1 km away. Surrounded by the spa communities of Bad Rothenfelde, Bad Laer and Bad Iburg, there are a variety of recreational opportunities. The brine springs with the graduation walls, the treetop trail and the "Carpesol" spa and sauna area are particularly noteworthy here.

Quiet 3-room apartment

I would like to offer you my newly renovated apartment in a quiet location in Osnabrück. You have a complete apartment for yourself. In the garden you have several seating areas, which you are welcome to use. The approx. 45 sqm apartment has a bedroom, a livingroom, a kitchen and a dining area and an office room. Since my little grandchildren are visiting the apartment from time to time, the apartment is quite childproof and contains some children's toys.

Friendly attic apartment

The one-room apartment is within walking distance of the main train station (approx. 15 minutes). Osnabrück city center is about 15 - 20 minutes walk, or six minutes by metro bus. In our apartment you use your own shower room and your own kitchenette. You have two sleeping options: a box spring bed (width: 140 cm) and a sofa bed (width: 100 cm). We, the hosts, live in the same building and are available for any questions you may have.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

Relaxing in a GREEN way

Relax on the edge of the Wiehengebirge in a cozy house and enjoy quiet hours under a grass roof that promotes a pleasant indoor climate. A sauna is available to unwind after a hike, an exciting excursion or simply at the end of a long day. One bedroom with a large double bed and four other sleeping places can accommodate up to 6 people. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Note: Pizza oven currently out of service

From the balcony and from the living room you have a beautiful view of green meadows and a horse farm. Free public parking is sufficiently available in the side streets. A bus stop is just a few meters from the house.
