The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. Very stylish 1-room apartment (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 square meters of living space, separate entrance, and access to the Fasssauna, realized in collaboration between architect, interior designer, and furniture designer. All furniture is custom-made, kitchen worktop and breakfast bar in concrete/wood inlay/epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel finish, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space available.

It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
