Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

In the state-recognized resort of Zella-Mehlis, we have lovingly expanded a cozy apartment under the newly insulated roof of the "Villa Anschütz". The villa was built in 1911 by the founding company of the world-famous Anschütz Sportwaffen.
