Monthly Rentals in Bironico

I highly recommend Umberto's place. We had a car and wanted to stay somewhere conveniently located to visit Ascona, Locarno, Valley Verzasca, Lugano, Morcote etc. and this place is right in the middle of everything, so we loved the location. It's a little village without much around so perfect to get some rest, and it comes with a parking spot which was very convenient. The place is as shown on photos and even better - it is so clean, I have rarely seen this level of cleanliness in an Airbnb. The bed is super comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you would wish for - we were pleasantly surprised. Bathroom is perfect with great water pressure. We could also arrive at whatever time we wanted which was highly convenient considering we had to drive far to arrive and could only make it late in the evening. We got the pleasure to meet Umberto and his wife also, who were really kind people. Umberto was very responsive - don't hesitate to stay there when in Ticino! Thank you!

A wonderful place, very well maintained and perfectly furnished. The view was splendid. The accommodation is very nice, and the terrace is a real plus: even in bad weather, it remains usable. We are already looking forward to returning! Antonella was very considerate throughout our stay. Even though we didn't meet in person, she provided us with all the necessary information with great responsiveness.

Great location with a lovely view on the lake and the nearby church. The flat is perfect for a few days in Ticino, good restaurants nearby, quiet private garden meters away from the lake. Graziella is extremely helpful and friendly - she shared many info about the flat and had good ideas for our stay, always responsive and helpful. We felt welcome and at home. 10/10 recommend it !

This apartment is one of the few where reality actually exceeds the description in the listing. There’s an exquisite attention and care provided by the owners. In my case, I stayed in this apartment for two months due to an internship in Bellinzona, Lugano and Locarno. The flat is right next to a bus stop with good connections to all the three cities. I had my own car,but I didn’t need to use it to get around. From day one, they made me feel at home. They were very flexible with check in and always adjusted to the guests schedules for things like changing sheets. The apartment is very clean and fully equipped with all the utensils and items you might need on a daily basis. I didn’t miss anything during my two-month stay, and I didn’t have to buy a single thing because everything was already provided. On a few occasions, I had guests over, and they kindly provided extra sheets,slippers and blanquets (among other things). There’s nothing that could be improved. 100%recommended
