The bright and well-kept 45 m² non-smoking apartment for 2 people is located on the first floor of our house. Our large, certified natural garden invites you to relax. The edge of the forest and the starting point "Wanderbares Deutschland" are just a few minutes' walk away and the adventure playground for the little ones is also just 100 m away.

The Fichtenloft is a newly built, detached vacation home (living space of about 70 square meters) and the name says it all: The interior was lovingly and high-quality designed with local woods, among other things. The large, open, approx. 40 sqm living room has a "loft character." A wooden staircase leads up to the gallery. There is also the so-called "bird's nest" as a second romantic bedroom. The Fichtenloft is unique in some respects: You can relax wonderfully on a hammock.

In the middle of nature surrounded by the Franconian Forest next to the Lichtenberg bathing lake and Höllental. Modernly furnished with satellite TV and fast Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms, shared parking, pets welcome. We are the perfect starting point for hikes and excursions into nature. The quiet yet central location makes our apartment a good choice. In summer, our courtyard offers a unique flair. Use it for eating, playing, getting together & enjoy nature and the loving details that make this place special. Opposite is a butcher shop. Also within minutes walking distance are a supermarket, a small organic shop and a fast food pizza restaurant.

Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.
